Well, it was always going to be a challenging green for our predominantly outdoor players and we didn’t get off to the best of starts.
Nevertheless, we remained focussed and managed to prevent a whitewash on all four rinks.

Well done to Mike S, Helen and Chris Shrubb who achieved the best result for Billericay, with the lowest point differential.

The friendly opposition, good weather and tea at half time made it a very enjoyable afternoon.

Well done. We won 3 out of 4 rinks and we won the most points overall.

The sun was shining. The opposition were friendly. What more could you want?

We even had a number of Billericay supporters who popped along during the afternoon. Thanks again to Pat and John Hunt for doing the teas, the washing up and hoovering.
